- Last date for all F&B orders: 22 May 2026
- Portal Close Date: 4 June 2026
- Surcharge 15% begins from: 20 -26 May 2026
- Surcharge of 50% begins from: 27 May – 4 June 2026
- Surcharge of 100% will be imposed for onsite orders during show days (Subject to availability and advise from Project Manager)
