Exhibitor’s Badges
1. Exhibitor’s Badges are strictly for staff manning their exhibition booths. Only contracted companies are eligible to apply badges.
2. Exhibitor’s entry in and out of the Exhibition Hall will be identified by such badges only. For security reasons no personnel will be allowed into the exhibition grounds without the appropriate badges.
3. Exhibitor passes for contracted companies are as follows:
a) Bare Space (6 badges per 18sqm)
b) 6sqm booth (2 badges per booth)
c) 9sqm booth (3 badges per booth)
Additional Badges
1. If you need additional badges, please fill up additional badge form.
2. Payment for additional badges to be paid online/onsite when you collect your badges.
3. Additional badges requested will be charged at RM10.00 per badge.
Application & Deadline
1. Application for Exhibitor’s Badges must be submitted on or before 15 May 2025.
Collection of Badges
1. Exhibitor’s Badges can be collected from the Registration Counter Level 1 Hall 2 MITEC on 12 June 2025 from 12pm to 8pm.
